Biubay Seafront Suites is an exclusive collection of only ten apartments with three or four bedrooms, located directly on the seafront in Estepona, close to the marina. The building overlooks a quiet, rocky stretch of coast, away from the busier beaches, so owners enjoy real privacy and calm.
The project is designed by Maíz & Díaz Arquitectos, with interiors by Pedro Peña. The homes face south and have generous, open layouts, with interior spans of up to 20 metres. Large sea facing terraces bring villa style living, with private outdoor space for each residence.
Residents share a private club with an outdoor pool that opens towards the sea, an indoor pool with a wellness area and sauna, a fitness studio, a social lounge with bar and games table, a cinema room, a golf simulator and a play room for children.
Biubay is set directly on the seafront in Estepona, close to the marina, in one of the town's most desirable residential areas. The seafront promenade is right there, so you can walk or cycle along the coast to the beaches, the marina and the old town, with its restaurants, cafés and shops.
Estepona offers a more relaxed and authentic side of the Costa del Sol, with a pleasant climate, a lively local culture and a strong gastronomic scene. At the same time, the area is very well connected. Puerto Banús is 20 minutes away, Marbella 25, Sotogrande 35 and Málaga 50.
The project is under construction, with the building licence granted. Completion is planned for Q3 2028 and delivery for Q4 2028.
