I grew up in a small coastal town in Estonia. Thirteen years ago I came to the Costa del Sol to work in luxury hospitality — and Estepona reminded me so much of home that I stayed. My path into real estate came later, and I discovered something I didn't expect: I love the challenge of finding the home that makes a client walk in and simply say "this is the one."
What my clients value most is honesty. When I value a property, I tell owners what the market says — not what they want to hear. When I work with buyers, I bring them only homes that truly match what they're looking for, not whatever happens to be for sale this week.
I work in English, Spanish and Estonian. Most of my clients come from the Baltics and the Nordics — we understand each other without explaining too much.
